msfyrcracker @lk2311 Hi! First, if you've never worn a Cecily, they're EXTREMELY stretchy. I'm an 18-20 these days and I could wear it if I had the guts to do it. It is 54% viscose, 41% cotton, and 5% elastine. PtP, without stretch is 21", and waist is 20". It's gorgeous.
