dlnagle1721 @rivervixen444 Hi! I would say it runs a bit big (at least for me). I bought the 14W and the 16W and the 14W fits great. I even had some more room. The belt has alot of flexibility too. I've also lost 40lbs so I could still be trying to figure out my 'new' size.
