avsgirly23 @robinroscoe hi! It does not have any tears or stains. I would say it would be like a loose medium small large if that makes any sense. And that’s without the stretch that it has in it. I would say it’s gently used there’s no piling on the lace. I think it’s a beautiful piece and it’s in pretty good condition.
