Size tags missing. Shorts measure 28" but have an elastic waist and can stretch to 30" and probably 32" but thats probably pushing it. They have been washed. The liner is in good condition. The shorts have no holes but the backs show wear with fading and some scratches. Structurally they are great. Cosmetically, they are fine but just not as pretty as a new pair.
