This dress is by New York & Company. It is blue and white in a striped print. It is sleeveless and has a v-neck line. It is a little thick and knitted but there is some stretch to it. It would be perfect to wear to a wedding or other summer formal event. It is in excellent NWT condition with no holes or rips.
