@lookn4beauty Hi this is a soft cottony blend, not the slinky fabric (although I have slinky if that's what you are looking for!). It is in perfect, like-new condition. I'm sorry it looks so wrinkled in the photo- I can spiff it up and take more pics if you like, or if there's any particular area you'd like to see let me know

@lookn4beauty relaxed the waist is 16". It has the 6" yoga style waist band that you can either pull up high for a strapless , wear high-waisted or fold over.
