NWOT Banana Republic Belted Pencil Skirt with belt loops. Great for the office. Lined. Meant to hit just above the knees. Went to dry cleaners once but never worn. It’s a little less royal blue than in the photos, a little more toward navy, but it’s definitely not a full navy. 15” across the waist almost 21” length
