Groovy 80’s vintage floral pull in midi skirt elastic waist pockets. Elastic is pretty worn but still functional. Some yellowing on the band. Needs a good washing. Brand is Speed Limit MPH. Prob cotton. Size is XL but posting as 2X due to measurements. Measurements taken laying flat are approximately: Waist: 19” Length: 28”
