Love this dress! It was perfect for our Barbados beach vacation in 2018. Haven’t worn it since! Leather tassel ties with goldtone caps at front of V-neckline. Long flared sleeves with tiered ruffles. Straight hemline falls at a flirty length just above the knee. Solid navy lining. 100% Polyester. Bought at Macy’s for $148!

PTP: 17" or 18" stretched slightly (the dress is loose/flowy so there is some give)
Length: measurements taken from collar to bottom hem (shoulders should be roughly the same, just not as easy to measure straight down): 34" in front and 35ish" in back
