There is an area where the waist has separated which will need resewing, as well as an abraded area at hem. Skirt may have been shortened as the hem appears hand sewn. Tagged size large but please see all photos as vintage often runs smaller. Waist has some stretch and would likely comfortably stretch to about 14.5"-15" flat lay.
