Was this bag shipped to you wrapped in bubble wrap or on top of bubble wrap? Because the marks on the bag look like it could be from bubble wrap. I sent a Ferragamo out in perfect condition. I laid it on top of bubble wrap and now it’s ruined. I had to throw it away, I don’t know if the bubble wrap adhered to the leather and made these imprints but just a heads up DO NOT put your bags on top of or wrap in bubble wrap. Wrap it in tissue paper, but DO NOT USE bubble wrap.
