I love the dress but it’s a tag big in the chest. I’m 32B. Wore it once to a Summer wedding and received tons of compliments! Smocking allows stretch and flexibility in sizing but I’d say it’s still true to size. Tie straps also allow for customized fit. Beautiful blue color. Bought from Nordstrom last Summer. No signs of wear. Excellent condition.
