Does this dress button down all the way to the bottom hem or only the top? Would you consider it oversized or fitted?

@rbottorff321 hi this dress only jas buttons to the waist. the dress is a bit of both. it depends on which figure you have. I am apple shaped and will most likely have a differing opinion. the dress is well figure hugging but the fabric is flowy so its a bit of both.
