The side zips are hidden behind the cover, accessible only from your direction. YKK water-repellent zippers are used on the side pockets. The tight sealing of the zippers means additional antitheft for the bag. The side pocket space extends around the corner, to the front of the bag. To maximize pocket space, so you can place items deeper in the pocket.
