My mom used this bag for several years. It has lots of life left in it but has some issues. It's been cleaned in leather wash but not scrubbed on the outside. The issues(see photos): The cream color is dingy on both sides but could be scrubbed. The two hooks on the strap have broken but are still attached by just clipping them onto the rings. There is some fraying. The pros: You can own a Henri Bendel at a great price! We've had it cleaned so even though the outside needs some elbow grease it's usable right out of the box! The strap is super supportive. My mom loved it for a long time and maybe you can too.
