Vintage 80s Breli Original Floral Pleated Secretary Dress Belt Size 14 Women R2

This is a vintage 80's dress. It has a belted waist and shoulder pads. The shoulder pads can easily be removed. The skirt is pleated. Buttons to waist. Buttons at wrists also. Pockets are faux only. This is a vintage dress which runs smaller than a modern day dress in that size. This dress is a size 14 but I have included the appropriate measurements below. Measurements: Chest:36" Waist is elastic: 14.5 flat and stretches to 17 inches Length:43" 100 % Polyester Great pre-owned condition.
