Vintage Signed Handmade Sterling Silver Lapis Amethyst Stone Dangle Earr…

These are fantastic. These will hang down approx. 3 3/4 inches. It is hand etched on the backs: 1993 R. Duer (not totally sure on the signature) and sterling. There is lapis, amethyst and a light apple green stone (it may be glass??). I think the long white claw looking thing is a shell. May want to polish a little more.
