I can't really tell what is going on with the front of the dress. is it meant to tie on the side to make it however tight or lose you want?

@poshiblekim The tie on the side isn’t sewn into place, but it’s more for style than function. It doesn’t really change the fit or make it tighter or looser. It just gives the dress that draped, gathered look in the front.

@poshiblekim You're correct. The tie doesn't actually cinch or adjust the fit. It's not attached, so you can untie and retie it differently if you'd like, but it won’t tighten the dress. The way it’s styled in the photos is how it naturally drapes when worn.
