Sterling silver lapis and simulated blue sapphire 20" rope chain necklace new

Beautiful lapis and simulated blue sapphire antique style pendant on 20" sterling silver rhodium plated rope chain necklace. The chain is beautiful and sparkly! Handmade! There is a small corner of the stone that is rough but I think it's just part of the stone naturally. I have included a picture. This item is handmade and new!
