Turquoise Rainbow Swimsuit Dress Top 2 Piece Hippie Sz M NEW with Imperfections

Although this is new and has never been worn, it does have a few flaws as I have pictured and written about below. This is a very colorful 2 piece swim suit with a longer top that ties behind neck and includes a turquoise bikini bottom. Women's SIZE M. 82% Polyester/ 18% Spandex. No washing instructions, but I would guess to hand wash and hang to dry. Made in China. CONDITION- As you can see in picture, the material has some white spots on it, not from bleach because it has never been around bleach, the suit came like this from the website that I ordered it from.
