throwback Polo Sport lined windbreaker jacket, cream off white color, large pockets, size medium, drawstring bottom and hood, no cuff sleeves, doesn't have a tag but seems like a nylon/polyester blend, has a few minor stains shown in photos, two interior lining tears shown in last 2 photos
