Brand new in bag - tried on only. This brand runs small. I’m normally a small and I was able to pull this on without unzipping it. I could have probably taken the medium but there’s not a lot of stretch - only the back of the waistband is elastic. This is a lovely skirt, but I have several black pieces with a hanky hem that are similar. This is from Poland and with shipping was fairly expensive. Get it here since I refuse to pay the return shipping!
