Banned Apparel US18 nwot dress in light Aqua-Blue, with an all-over 1950’s Retro Peacock Feather print. Cotton (with elastane?) short notched armhole sleeves. A high-neckline & piping-edged, teardrop cutout panels, with a button neckline fastening. A structured bodice, loose floaty skirt. Below knee length. Perfect condition. Beautiful! Never worn (I lost 30 lbs), tags removed, washed, packed away in a plastic dress bag!
