All zippers work. Approximate measurements: 10 1/4" wide x 10 1/4" high x 4" deep. The handles have a 5 1/2" drop and the shoulder strap has a 14" drop. This is a preowned, used bag. It shows signs of normal wear and tear. Where you see the most wear is along the top zipper closure. There are a couple of knicks in the leather. The photos were enlarged to show the knicks.
