This is a really cool belt. I remember my mom having a similar one when I was young. It’s metal, the tone is hard to describe. It’s not quite gold or silver but it could be either with a patina from age. I really don’t know. The belt crosses over itself to a hook on either side. It has a little give but no real stretch. So you would have to have a small waist. Measures approx 31” long Some tarnishing but very good condition for its age.
