Women’s lightweight blue and white dress with pockets EUC

Stylish women's blue and white dress featuring a unique pattern. Has belt loops but no belt. Has pockets! It’s a one size type of dress that can fit a smaller person as an oversized fit or a larger person as more fitted at the bust. Lightweight and very comfortable. Measures about 25” p2p and 50” shoulder to hem. Excellent used condition. I wear a 3X and wore this dress comfortably.
