Vintage Lightweight floral pajama set - elastic waist pants and smock like button front top - with a pocket! lace trim Size tag says 3?  30, 36, 38?  not sure I'd say its a small or medium but check measurements for fit - especially since Vintage sizes are different material feels like a lightweight cotton 65% polyester 35% cotton elastic waist  machine wash These are on the small side so be sure to check measurements: Approximate Measurements: Laying flat - Pants: waist about 12 inches unstretched, 19.5 inch stretched; 40 inches from top to bottom along side; 17 inch rise; top: 25inches top to bottom down center back and  23 pit to pit across front Has a couple of lightish spots on back of one sleeve, but otherwise looks good.
