Sandro (very) Dark Blue mini dress

This elegant dress features puff sleeves, a zipper closure, lace details, tie accentuated waist, POCKETS, and a subtle sweetheart neckline. It is a super dark blue (when purchased, I thought it was black). It is in wash wear condition, but most notable has a slight stain near the bottom front. I didn’t notice it until taking photos.
