Under the arm, laying flat, is 19 inches. The hip area is 19.5 inches and the length is 38 inches. It is not lined but it is 100% heavy cotton according to the tag. Note there is one tiny dot basically the size of a pencil mark on the chest area. It appears to be not a stain of any sort but maybe in the material.
