ACTIII Vintage Blue Wool Blend Dress w/ Decorative Buttons - Size Small (PTP 18)

Bright blue vintage wool blend dress with decorative buttons down the front. Invisible zipper down the back that zips to the top of the collar. Pit to pit 18” (20” with stretch). Small (and well done) repair was made at some point on the chest. See photo.
