Polka Dot Vintage Dress Size 9 80s/90s Cottagecore drop waist pleated skirt

From my personal closet. It no longer fits and when it did I didn’t wear it that much. Vintage 80s/90s. Tag is hard to read due to fading but I think it’s a cotton/polyester blend. The fabric is kind of sheer so would be cutest with a slip. It’s so cute cottagecore little house on the prairie drop waisted sweetness. The sleeves are ruched which gives it some good character. The sleeve openings are also elasticized. Measurements flat: Neck opening: 11.25” Shoulder to shoulder: 14” Sleeve inseam: 2” Sleeve opening max: 7” Pit to pit: 19” Natural waist: 18.25” Drop waist with some stretch: 20” Neck to hem: 40”
