hi- can you please tell me about the rubber around the ankle? Is it stiff or relatively easily stretched? Would you say that easy or difficult to get on and off?

@sivapriya You won't have any trouble getting these on. I am an 8.5 and they fit perfect. The sides are stretchy and the pull tab in the back make it easy to put them on. I would keep them but I have so many boots. They are so so cute and comfortable!
