@notedfashionph hello! its condition is like new; it has only been worn and washed twice and has no signs of wear and tear.
regarding measurements, it's 25" down the front seam from the v-neck to the hem, and 21" under the armpit to the hem. i just uploaded a new photo that hopefully will help with the visual on those!
