90s(?) Red and White Floral Off the Shoulder Mexican Dress

I believe this pretty dress was purchased while on vacation in either the 80s or 90s. It is in excellent condition with the exception of the clearly relaxed elastic at the shoulders. That being said, I am too small for this dress to begin with. The elastic will be very easy to replace as you can run a new piece through and only need to make a small slit in the seam to get the old elastic out and new in. I would do it myself, but as this is too big on my shoulders I would rather leave it to the new owner to choose a length of elastic that is most comfortable for you. Also note, the fabric is naturally somewhat sheer, you may want a slip or nude undergarments underneath. Has no tags. Shown here on a small.
