The gown is fitted to the waist and has a significant flare at the hemline. The pageant/prom/bridal gown has 4 layers to the underskirt, a satin underskirt, tulle underskirt and a silk chiffon top skirt. The dress is beaded throughout with bugle beads of two colors.
