VTG 50s 60s Maxi Patchwork Insulated Skirt Mde. Etoile NYC Bright One of a Kind

Vintage Midcentury Mde. Etoile NY maxi skirt made out of small patchwork squares sewn together. Has an insulated liner. Very bright and happy colors. Some squares are silk, some have indented velvet florals. Very busy print. A couple of spots that color ran, see last 2 photos. Very small waist. It does have a lot of pleating at the waist, if you can sew, it can be replaced and extended. Probably size 0 at the waist. Modeled in size 4, 5.7, 27” waist and you can see i can’t zip it up.
