Xscape black and gold prom dress

PLEASE READ- DAMAGED! stunning formal dress! the top is black mesh with gold applique and beading. Marked size 6, but seems to run small. Measurements: breast 16", waist 15", hips 17" (this area does stretch). Damage: please see last photos. There is some kind of putty or paint on this dress. I have taken it to the dry cleaner and they couldn't get it off. I touched it with a paint pen, and this is as light as I could get the stain. It is located on the left buttock. For this reason I'm selling discounted!!
