-Details- Vintage 1930's/40's black silk velvet maxi skirt. Snap and hook side closure. Not lined. No tags. Handmade. This may have had a matching peplum top at one time. -Condition- Very good vintage condition. There are four areas with a few nibbles that can be seen when held it up to the light, but they are not a problem, nor are they visible. -Suggested Modern Size- Medium.
