This dress is both fun and feminine, a delicate blue and beige floral pattern with plain cream background, V-neckline, sheer cropped sleeves, fixed front waist and elastic smocked waist to the back, tiered skirt and fully lined. Only worn once but a there is a slight fraying on the side of waist line, please see last picture.
