This pretty skirt has an elastic waistband that was stretched to 21 1/2 inches. It is an ever in increasing ruffled floral tears to a maxi. Please note this is a petite which doesn’t really matter in a maxi skirt except to the length. Fully lined in an excellent condition light breathable cotton.

I had a military exposure in 1991. I am extremely sensitive to scented garments. Does it appear to have a sent to you?
I only buy Ralph Lauren, extra large skirts on posh ….
I normally wear an extra large …. However, I have room.
When I get back to the house, I am going to measure the extra large and look at your measurement . I just love the color I am 68 years young, but these skirts are the only thing that I wear…. everyday:)

@pine13563 I am also 68 years young all the beautiful girls were born in 1957. I’m gonna throw it in the washer with no fabric anything just to make sure and you can let me know however I’m out of town to babysit a grandson who’s sick so it won’t return till next Wednesday take your time.

That sounds like a plan …. I just need to look at the measurements. Then it is a huge risk regarding scented.
Sometimes, when I buy on posh and people tell me no fabric softener, no laundry detergent, I buy it ,receive it ,and it reeks . Normally, no matter what I do vinegar, hang it outdoors, baking soda, the majority of the time it is not salvageable . I am just out the money, which nowadays money is tight.  ENJOY that grandson.

My extra large skirt unstretched is 19 inches.….. I do have plenty of room.
However, I prefer things loose or big versus too small .
Yet I love the color…. Plus, we are not really sure about if scented.. ?? So I am going to make you an offer. It is still much more than I would normally pay, especially w/all my IF’s……Yet no pressure to except it. I know it’s a risk for me…..yet I am willing
