Whimsical black dress with floral appliques. The top layer is a beautiful ruffled mesh with a tie neck and floral appliques, and the bottom layer is a satiny fabric also with floral appliques. It has a hook and eye and snaps at the bust and it has side pockets. It has no zipper. You undo the snaps and pull it on. French luxury brand. Pit to pit is approximately 18" and length is 47". The lining goes to 43". Gently worn.
