This is a VTG Galway Inc. Etched Wood 13.5" Turquiose & Gold Decorative Plate Tray. Tray measures approximately 13.5" in diameter and approx. 1" H. The back is impressed with "Galway Inc., USA". I have only found this item listed as a resin piece, but I actually believe it's wood. More than likely a wood base with resin as the outermost layer. Either way, it is a round serving tray / decorative dish / centerpiece that has been painted turquoise and etched with ornate designs. Gold-tone paint accents were added, as well. Ornate scalloped edges. Condition-wise, it shows previous use in the form of shallow scratching/scuffing and a few miniscule discolorations. It is free from chips and cracks. Lastly, it does have some sticker residue still on the backside.
