Beautiful Sz. 20 Eliza J semi formal 3/4 sleeve w/ rhinestones dress. From Dillards. The top is all black with Rhinestone sleeves. Bottom is fully lined with toile between lining and dress for a little fullness. It is very flattering. Bust is 20” across and waist is 30” around but fabric is forgiving. The bottom is so beautiful hard to get how pretty the green gold shimmer flowers are.
