_tracis_closet_ @beecarr74 Hello! I'm not an expert, but I do not see patina. There are a few areas where the gems have been glued back on, I think I see one missing. As I'm not certain on any aspect of this item, I'm selling as is - vintage condition. Sorry I can't be of more help!
