-This item is in very very good condition. -It clean & smoke/pet free. -There are no scratches on this business case,just some smudges from touching. -There is 1 line,maybe half an inch long that looks like a 3D line on one side of it.It is not damage nor a scratch,and had to come from the factory that way.You'd have to be around 2 inches from it to even see it. -very very nice classy looking item -The code I set for it is 444 on each side.It can be reset,but unsure how.I am sure online has a video or two about resetting the code. -SAME DAY SHIPPING on purchases made by 6am and the next day if after including Saturdays.
