Adrianna Papell Navy Sheath Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @bmanchester1. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I never wore this so same condition i received it in. Added pic of ripped hanging ribbon (not sure what you call it) and a little snag on neckline. Neither is noticeable unless up close. Questions? Leave a comment below!
