@chicboutique82 Thank you so much for the quick reply!! Unfortunately, this jacket will be too small. I find that WHBM sizes are always off. I purchased a size 0 that I had to return. The 0 measurements were larger than your size 2. I appreciate the time you took to do the measurements!! Sorry...
