@dmshoulders I’m not sure where it shows free shipping. I show that there is a standard flat rate shipping of $8.27 on all orders… I am new to Poshmark but I have not added free shipping to any of my postings…so strange. I’ll ask my daughter if she knows

@dmshoulders i will reach out to Poshmark customer service. I don’t have any control over the shipping. There isn’t a place on the posting for me to update anything related to shipping. Is it possible that it removes the shipping cost when you place the order?

@dmshoulders I can’t add a picture or screenshot either, but I copied the message I sent to Customer Service:
I have someone who wants to purchase a wallet and added it to her cart. she said that shipping is still showing in her “cart”. Is the shipping fee removed for her once she purchases the wallet?
I read the “shipping streak” and it says that you should get free shipping, most likely will be removed once you purchase
