This a beautiful white mini dress made by American Eagle that features eyelet lace and puff sleeves. The dress is in good condition, there is small tear in the elastic on the inside of the waist, however it doesn’t effect the dress. No other visible stains or damage. Measurements (Laying flat): Bust: 14-inches Waist: 13-inches Length: 27-inches (bust to bottom of skirt) Smocked top is very stretchy Please allow a 1-2-inch difference in measurements :) Material: 53% Cotton, 47% Viscose.
