BNWT. Just ripped the tags off (left the tag in the pocket) and it didn’t fit. It’s never been worn. Perfect condition. Adorable and the material is SO comfy! Love love this skirt and was so sad it didn’t fit. 27” long I paid $55 and just trying to make some back.
